Processing times

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1~2 business days

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

 

Pre-orders

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. Products purchased will not be eligible for cancellation dur to our made-to-order production system from an ethical standpoint.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.

 

Free shipping

We offer free international shipping.

You are responsible for making sure that all information such as name, address, e-mail and phone number is correct and up-to-date so we can reach you at any time regarding your order.

 

Duties&taxes

International customers are responsible for any additional customs/duties fees that may occur depending on location.

 

Delivery times

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the tracking number

Updates orders

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

 

Order cancellations

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

Changing shipping address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

 

Return policy

We ask you for a careful examination prior to your purchase (e.g. size, color, or etc.). Products purchased will not be eligible for returns or replacement due to our made-to-order production system from an ethical standpoint.

We only accept returns or replacement for defective or wrongly shipping products

Please contact our Customer Service center within 7 days after receiving your package and send us return tracking number in 3 business days.
While making an inquiry to our Customer Service Center include the following information to hasten the process:

Order list, barcode of all the items, a picture of the item, a picture of defect part

For any replacement/ returns of defective or wrongly shipped items, the shipping fees will be borne by INKAR

Please kindly pay for return fee in advance as COD cannot be used for international shipping. The amount will be refunded to the customers once parcels are arrived at our inventory and checked by the relative team.

 

Missing items

If any of your item(s) is missing in your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days from you receive the box. When contacting us, please send us the pictures described below.
Picture of the box, Picture of all items you received, Order list, pictures of each barcode of the item

If confirmed of missing, we will send you the product(s) right away, however, some products may go out-of-stock.
All the costs related with re-sending will be borne by INKAR We sometimes send products seperately for our customers' favor. Please double check this on your [My page] whether your order is partially shipped.
